Indulge in summer with me in the Saltbush Tank, the perfect throw-it-on-and-go top for the warmer months. Simple and airy; drapey and versatile—this may just become one of your favorite wardrobe staples. I can say that it certainly has become that for me!

Design: The Saltbush Tank is a boxy, slightly cropped top with a relaxed, sporty silhouette—think elevated muscle tank. Designed with comfort in mind, the extended armholes offer ample airflow and ease of movement, making it perfect for hot summer days. Broken ribbing at the neckline and hem adds just the right amount of texture and structure.
Construction: This tank is worked from the top down. Stitches are cast on at the back yoke, which is worked flat and placed on hold. Front yoke stitches are picked up along the shoulder seams and also worked flat. The front and back yokes are then joined, and the body is worked seamlessly in the round. The underarm edging is cleverly integrated into the yoke shaping, so the armholes are finished as you go. To complete the tank, stitches are picked up around the neckline to work the neckband.
Fit: This garment is designed to be worn with 2 to 6 in. (5 to 15 cm) of positive ease in the body. To determine your ideal size, begin by measuring your upper bust (just under the arms, above the full bust). Then add your desired amount of ease and select the size with a finished chest circumference closest to that total. Testers making sizes at the upper end of the range generally preferred less positive ease, so consider your personal fit preferences when selecting a size. Length: This tank is designed to hit right at the top of the hip—slightly longer than a classic crop, offering easy movement and coverage so you can lift your arms without revealing skin.
